A double graduate of Yale and NYU, Rora is a true unicorn tutor—equally adept at sharpening analytical writing, breaking down complex math problems, and demystifying standardized tests. But Rora’s true superpower lies in imparting executive functioning skills that set students up for success far beyond the classroom.

At her previous tutoring company, Rora designed comprehensive executive functioning (EF) curricula to help students build game-changing skills in organization, time management, and self-regulation. Rora also created an afterschool Math ISEE/SSAT curriculum that interwove EF and anxiety management tools with test strategies and skills. Now, she is advancing her expertise through a certification program at Landmark College, the premier institute for research and training in executive functioning education.

Rora’s approach is equal parts structured and engaging: she uses humor and warmth to connect with students while maintaining an eagle eye for the foundational skills and habits they need to thrive. Whether helping low-scorers achieve rapid, repeatable gains or guiding high-achievers to reach new heights, Rora ensures every lesson delivers a transformative, lasting impact.
