As Forum's Head of Communications, Simone Policano brings a sophisticated understanding of educational storytelling to her role. Drawing on her experience in both the Ivy League admissions world and private educational consulting, she crafts compelling narratives that connect Forum's exceptional tutoring services with the families who need them most.

Simone's background uniquely positions her to understand the educational landscape from multiple perspectives. Her four years in Yale University's Office of Undergraduate Admissions, where she served as both a Recruitment Coordinator and Senior Interviewer, provided firsthand insight into how prestigious institutions evaluate student potential. This knowledge was further deepened through eight years at NYC’s premier college admissions consulting firm, where she specialized in essay development and interview preparation for elite private school and college applicants.

At Forum, Simone develops strategic communications that reflect the company's commitment to educational excellence and personalized learning. From crafting nuanced dispatches for different grade levels to developing collaborative event messaging with educational partners, she ensures that Forum's voice remains sophisticated yet accessible, authoritative yet warm. Her approach emphasizes clarity, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the educational concerns facing parents and students at each stage of their academic journey.

Beyond her communications role, Simone continues to work directly with students as an academic tutor and college essay specialist. This ongoing connection to educational practice enriches her ability to articulate Forum's distinctive approach to learning and ensures that the company's messaging remains grounded in real student experiences.

Simone holds a B.A. from Yale University in American Studies with a concentration in Theatre/Performing Arts.
