Moshe has been passionate about tutoring since his junior year at Emory University, when he volunteered as a career advisor. As a double major in Marketing and Strategy at their Goizueta Business School, Moshe quickly learned that he loved coaching students through coursework that touched on management or creative problem solving skills. After graduating, Moshe moved to New York and balanced a role in internal corporate strategy at American Express.
During his time at American Express, Moshe developed a parallel career as a resume and cover letter writer and career coach, finding genuine joy assisting others in navigating their career decisions. Alongside his work with private clients, Moshe became a go-to resource within American Express for his peers looking for guidance on how to succeed within that organization’s corporate structure.
He continued his learning of marketing, management, strategy, and career development best practices while earning his MBA at Harvard Business School. At Harvard, Moshe oversaw the Career Development Committee as well as the Admissions Committee for the Latino Student Association. Moshe helped minority students pursue and accept ideal job postings in both corporate strategy and management consulting. Moshe used those same interview and decision-making skills to earn a spot as an Associate with McKinsey & Company in their Miami office.
When he moved to Miami, Moshe used his marketing, sales, and operations expertise to advise global clients on top-line growth strategies. Moshe managed client relationships and ensured that each stakeholder was benefitting from custom guidance that created significant value. After 18 months, Moshe was promoted from Associate to Engagement Manager. The learnings from the time at American Express and McKinsey allow Moshe to help students and professionals craft their resumes and interview skills in order to break into elite schools, universities, and graduate programs. From helping an ex-NFL player weave a unique application for why an MBA would help them build a career in sports management, to restructuring and enhancing a student’s' resume to help them land a dream job at a top consulting firm, Moshe constantly seeks the thrill and joy from helping each client reach their fullest potential.
When he is not tutoring, Moshe is enjoying time with his family in South Florida, tinkering with an entrepreneurial idea, investing in the Miami tech scene, researching and trying restaurants, staying active at the gym, or playing chess.
